Allegro today announced the appointment of Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board. She will assume the role following the completion of the previously announced leadership transition, with effect from 1 October 2026

The appointment marks another step in Allegro's continued development. As the Company expands across Central and Eastern Europe, invests in AI, logistics and new business verticals, it continues building the executive leadership capabilities required to support its long-term ambitions.

Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, financial reporting and capital markets.

She joined Polsat Plus Group in 2009 and, since 2016, has served as Member of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat, leading the Group's finance function. She has also served on the Management Board of Polkomtel since 2016 and as Vice President since 2022. During her tenure she oversaw the finance organisation of one of Central Europe's largest media and telecommunications groups, while also leading the Group's ESG area between 2023 and 2025.

Earlier in her career she held senior finance positions at TVN Group, where she was responsible for consolidated financial reporting and controlling. She began her professional career with Philip Morris in Poland and Switzerland, gaining international experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, management accounting and internal audit. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. She has been a member of ACCA since 2001.

Jon Eastick will remain with Allegro for several months to support the newly appointed CFO during the transition period and ensure an orderly succession in the CFO role. Following the successful completion of the transition, he will leave the Company.
