Allegro Protect: protection for buyers at the highest level

Allegro, the largest shopping platform in Poland with over 250 million offers, visited every month by over 20 million Internet users, refreshes its buyers’ protection program.
Allegro Protect offers upgraded benefits to make customers even more confident when buying on Allegro. The maximum amount of compensation has been doubled and increased up to 20 kPLN, as well as the time to submit the application. Until now, the buyer had 180 days to do so, now this time is extended to 24 months. Allegro announces that money is returned within 48 hours after the positive decision on the application.

All Allegro buyers are able to use the Allegro Protect, regardless of the type of account or having an access to the Smart! service. This means that if the parcel didn’t arrive, the product is damaged or not as described, or in case of any other situation in which the customer may need help, Allegro Protect will be the solution.
The rebranding will be supported by an extensive campaign on television, press, digital and social media, which will last until November.
