Allegro accelerates fintech expansion: Dariusz Mazurkiewicz to lead Group’s Financial Services following tenure as BLIK CEO

Allegro is strengthening its financial services arm, one of the fastest-growing pillars of the group's operations. Dariusz Mazurkiewicz, CEO of Polski Standard Płatności, the operator of BLIK, will join the company to oversee the further development of financial products for retail customers and platform partners.

Allegro continues to expand its digital services driving platform growth. The company offers competitive logistics services, high-value advertising products, and proprietary AI-powered solutions.

Financial services represent another strategic pillar of this ecosystem, which Allegro seamlessly integrates into the daily shopping experiences of millions of consumers and the business needs of thousands of sellers. The platform prioritizes maximum transaction convenience by offering buyers fast, intuitive, and flexible payment methods. In recent years, Dariusz Mazurkiewicz led the growth of Polski Standard Płatności, the operator of BLIK, which has become one of Poland’s most popular payment methods. At Allegro, he will be responsible for scaling the entire Financial Services division, overseeing both existing and new financial solutions developed by the group.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of driving the growth of BLIK and seeing firsthand how innovative financial services transform the everyday lives of millions of users.
