Polish Tech Pioneers Join Forces: Allegro brings instant support to its delivery hotlines with ElevenLabs voice agents

Allegro, the largest online marketplace of European origin, and ElevenLabs, the global leader in AI voice agents, announced a partnership to enhance customer experience. Following successful tests, Allegro is launching a voice assistant on its Allegro Delivery hotlines.

The project unites two companies with proud Polish roots to solve practical consumer challenges. Whether a buyer is collecting a parcel at an odd hour or needs a quick delivery update, the voice agent provides instant, friendly support.

The voice agent is designed to resolve straightforward, high-volume inquiries immediately, reducing customer wait times. This technology serves as an entry-point assistant that knows its boundaries. If a complex issue arises, the agent hands off the call to a human assistant, pre-collecting the tracking number and generating an automated conversation summary to reduce resolution times.

The agent will handle delivery status inquiries and parcel pickup questions, like those a customer may have while standing at a locker.

Developed with ElevenLabs’ advanced multi-agent architecture, the agent is purpose-built to be a safely bounded and incredibly natural-sounding helper. It will be rolled out over the coming months.
