Allegro warehouse in Błonie received an award in the "Friendly Workplace" competition organized by - Manpower Group. Among 1800 companies were selected 51 organizations that have achieved the best results in a survey assessing the satisfaction of cooperation between temporary workers and their employers.

The contest was dedicated to companies cooperating with Manpower Group, which offers solutions for the labor market. The evaluation covered, among others, benefits and non-wage benefits, employee development paths, organizational culture and salary levels offered to temporary workers. Additionally, in the satisfaction survey, conducted in the second half of 2021 among temporary workers from the Allegro warehouse in Błonie, working conditions, team atmosphere and relationships with superiors were evaluated. The results of the survey and the assessment of the offer were the deciding factors in awarding the prize.
