New laptop delivered in 4,5 hours right to the doors - Allegro presents festival highlights

Allegro’s great shopping festival Smart! Week closes with two-digit growth in sales compared to last year’s results. Products from Home & Garden and Supermarket categories were the most popular among buyers with hundreds thousand items sold in each one of them. The quickest One Kurier delivery was finalized in only 4,5 hours.

This year’s Smart! Week edition sales grew two-digits compared to last year’s results. When it comes to the volumes, Home & Garden and Supermarket categories broke the bank selling 500 thousand items each in the week-long period between 10 and 16 October. They were closely followed by Health & Beauty products coming third in terms of the number of items sold during the festival. However, it is the Electronics that gained buyers hearts the most with iPhone 12, Nintendo Switch and HP Pavilion Aero laptop being top three offers in terms of popularity among consumers.
This year is also important in terms of the delivery: the festival has brought hundreds thousand new Smart! clients willing to enjoy free and convenient deliveries offered by Allegro. Nothing surprising though - the record One Kurier delivery during the Smart! Week was the new laptop arriving right at the doors of the shopper only 4,5 hours after the purchase!

This year’s Smart! Week shows that in the times of high-inflation consumer interest in price-driven shopping festivals is strong. Also, our move to strengthen supermarket deals proved to be on point as not everybody is willing to spend on new electronics, it's always a good time to save some money on everyday goods like coffee or washing powder.
