Black Week sales were extended as a result of evolving consumer needs. While most respondents (49%) use special offers all week, more than one in three consumers (38%) are strongly attached to specific shopping days such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The categories consumers find most interesting during the upcoming Black Week festivals are fashion (48%) and electronics (45%), followed by beauty (20%). Other popular choices include Christmas presents, with one in four respondents often deciding to buy them during Black Week, which is an opportunity to make significant savings without having to buy their loved ones gifts of poorer quality. The top three categories among men are electronics (58%), fashion (38%), as well as culture & entertainment offers (13%). Women usually browse through offers in fashion (56%), electronics (34%) and beauty (30%).
